Seeburg Model M100A Jukebox

In 1948, Seeburg rocked the jukebox industry with the first machine to play both sides of 50 records for 100 selections. Until then, jukeboxes held 20 to 24 records. In a further stroke of mechanical engineering genius, the mechanism could inter-mix 10” and 12” 78 rpm records. A new Pickering magnetic cartridge with needles on each side was incorporated.

This example has the original screened finish.  The changer has been completely rebuilt along with the amplifier and selector. More pictures and information is available on the M100A page.

$ 4995.00  Including local delivery and 90 day limited warranty.

1962 AMI CONTINENTAL 2 100 Selection Vinyl Jukebox

This particular example has been re-painted and the keyboard, front glass frame, and title display cover castings re-plated. The changer has been fully restored for long life. The 33/45 auto-mix system is in good working order so it will play 7" 33 1/3 rpm records. European 45s with the small center hole will play too if the automix switch is adjusted not to engage the speed shift solenoid.

A set of original 60s vintage Frank Sinatra, Nancy Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. records with matching title strips are included.

1959 SEEBURG MODEL 222

This was Seeburg's first stereo jukebox. The channels were separated on the grill to better illustrate the concept of stereo. Special speakers were made that enhanced the separation.

All chrome and aluminum extrusions were polished. All plastic parts were cleaned and polished. The selector buttons were cleaned, bleached, and buffed to restore the original color and luster. The cabinet sides were covered with black patterned laminate and perfect reproduction side glasses were installed. The changer was dis-assembled, cleaned, and re-assembled with any worn parts replaced and all adjustments made. The electronics were completely rebuilt which starts with replacing all capacitors and out-of-tolerance resistors. New or tubes that test as new are installed. Each stage is analyzed to bring it to factory specifications. Finally, the amplifier & selection units are run for 48 hours and checked for proper operation again. The coin system is rebuilt to original specifications but is set for "free play" operation.

For further enjoyment, an auxiliary input can be added at a modest extra cost, so you can connect an iPod, MP3 player, XM radio, or any other device and play it through the amplifier & speakers when a record is not playing. Switching between records and the auxiliary input is automatic.

Dimensions: 56"H x 32.5"W x 27"D. Weight: Approx. 350lbs.

SEEBURG AP-1 Album Jukebox Changer

Attention all vinyl album collectors and enthusiasts. Here is the perfect way to have 50 of your favorite albums at your fingertips. Famed jukebox Manufacturer Seeburg, made a line of high-end home entertainment products in the late 1960's.

The spring-suspended changer is a work of art. The records are stored in a soft plastic rack vertically to keep dust and dirt off the playing surface. To select a side, you enter the number on a telephone dial. The playing

mechanism moves on a track to the correct slot, gently rolls the record up a ramp and clamps it to a belt-driven flywheel. The tone arm has two needles to play each side.

If you select both sides of an album, side 2 is played immediately after side 1. Additional pushbuttons give the option to select all sides and clear all selections. A reject button cancels the side in play.

The audio system consists of a custom Pickering magnetic cartridge with two diamond needles wired to a solid-state preamplifier with RIAA equalization. This greatly reduces the chances of hum when connecting the changer to a stereo amplifier. Any stereo receiver or amplifier may be used with the changer - even powered computer speakers.

This unit has been meticulously restored. The walnut cabinet is refinished to new condition. The changer itself was dis-assembled, cleaned, lubricated, re-assembled, aligned, and tested. The twin diamond needles are a brand new original Seeburg matched pair made by Pickering and adjusted to 2.5 grams of stylus pressure.

                                                                  SOLD

This beautiful vintage changer is offered at $1200.00 including local delivery. Dimensions: 24"D x 34"W x 28"H  160lbs.
